AI and Workplace Inclusion
Short description
AI is increasingly involved in recruitment, evaluation, communication, coordination, learning and career development. This project examines how those uses can support workplace inclusion or reproduce existing inequalities and create new forms of exclusion. Applicants are invited to develop a theoretically and practically relevant question within this broad theme.
Possible topics include belonging, authenticity, employee participation, visibility, learning and career opportunities, with attention to differences such as ethnicity, cultural or linguistic background, gender, age or disability. Applicants may propose their own theoretical perspective, empirical setting and methods. The successful candidate will refine the project with the supervisory team and connect the research with organisational practice through a secondment.
