Charlotte Jonasson (PhD, Aarhus University, Denmark) is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences at Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research focuses on work and organizational psychology, with particular interests in learning and expertise, workplace inclusion, multicultural and virtual teams, and the implications of digitalization and AI for work and collaboration. She has led funded research projects on inclusion in public digitalization and learning from errors in digitalization and has contributed to projects examining human interaction with AI and other digital technologies. She conducts both qualitative and quantitative research and has published in outlets such as Organization Studies, British Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management Journal.
