Katja Einola
Associate Professor of Management and Organization
Katja Einola is an Associate Professor of Management and Organization at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Research Director of the Centre for Responsible Leadership (SIR) and an affiliated researcher at the Center for Security and Resilience at SSE. Before entering academia, Katja held various expert, advisory and leadership roles in both small enterprises and large multinational firms. Katja’s research and teaching focuses on teams, virtual work and resilience, leadership, HRM, artificial intelligence and technology in organizations. Her work has been published in Organization Studies, Leadership, The Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology, British Journal of Sociology, and Human Relations, among others.
