Jakob Lauring (PhD, Aarhus School of Business, Denmark) is Professor in the Department of Management at Aarhus University, Denmark. His research focuses on international and cross-cultural management, workplace inclusion, multicultural and virtual teams, and how digitalization and AI shape communication and collaboration in diverse work settings. He has led funded research projects on virtual inclusion of marginalized employees and, most recently, AI agency in inclusive human-to-human organizational interaction. He has published more than 100 international articles in outlets such as Journal of World Business, British Journal of Management, Human Resource Management Journal, and International Business Review.
