Measuring Skills for Human–AI Collaboration among Young Professionals
Short description
What capabilities help young professionals collaborate effectively and responsibly with AI? This project develops and validates ways to assess those capabilities across roles and sectors. It will examine links to safe AI use, error detection, disclosure practices and effective human oversight.
The assessment work will combine self-report measures, scenario-based tasks, behavioural exercises and observational rubrics. The aim is a reliable and fair account of human–AI collaboration skills, with benchmarks and scoring guidance. Practical outputs will include assessment tools, reporting templates and guidance for education, recruitment and professional development.
