Petra Kipfelsberger is Associate Professor at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway, and Associate Dean of the Executive MBA. Her research and teaching focus on leadership development, executive coaching, top management teams, meaningful work, strategic leadership, and how AI is transforming leadership, learning, and managerial work. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Group & Organization Management.
