Assistant Professor
Elmira van den Broek is an Assistant Professor at the House of Innovation, Department of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology, at Stockholm School of Economics. She draws primarily on ethnographic methods to examine how emerging technologies reshape work and organizing. Recent projects focus on the data work, knowledge work, and values work involved in developing and using artificial intelligence (AI) in organizations. Her research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Management Inquiry, and Harvard Business Review, among others.
